DIRECT DRIVE SPINDLE

Direct driven spindle design offers greater static/dynamic load stiffness with less vibration and noise for better surface finish and longer tool life.  An optional “built-in” type spindle is available for 25,000 and higher RPM applications.




SERVO DRIVEN PALLET CHANGER
The standard servo driven pallet changer offers faster pallet exchange speed with better positioning accuracy and precision, increasing overall reliability for maximum productivity.  Pallet change time is 7 seconds.

LOCKING TAPER 
Each table has 4 taper cones for precision positioning and clamping by hydraulic system.  Air blow and sensors ensure smooth and reliable operation.  Repeatability is +/- 0.005 mm (+/- 0.0002 inch) or less


The compact space saving design with enclosed back and side guarding helps to comply with industrial safety regulations.  Chain type chip conveyor and chip cart for easy and convenient maintenance without impacting production cycle times.
